Climbing ropes are an integral part of Cross training and functional exercises. The rope can be attached to a steel structure and, if possible by the laws of statics, it can also be attached directly to the ceiling. Our version of the ceiling hanger is equipped with an additional carabiner to which a rope is attached.
We are not responsible for any potential damage to the ceiling.
The package includes a hanger and a carabiner for attaching the rope.
