With plyometric exercises, fear is often the leading element that gets in the way of proper implementation of certain exercises. But with the soft plyo box you can leave your fear behind you. The outer layer of the box is soft and filled with EVA foam. The material is solid and flexible, that will keep its form for a long time, despite frequent use.The dimensions of the plyo box are the same as of the wooden version: 50 × 60 × 75 cm.
